Artists
All commissioned artwork is a collaborative effort between:
- selvia responsible for lineart and coloring
- @flusketches (Flu) - responsible for sketching and composition

How to Commission
To request a commission, please contact selvia via any of their social media accounts or Flu via Instagram (@flusketches). Please start the DM with your character reference(s).
For payments, please contact Flu via Instagram.

Base pricing (All Prices in USD)
Simple backgrounds are included in the base price if requested
Headshot / PFP: $20 (1:1)
Bust Up: $40 (4:5)
Half Body: $60 (4:5)
Knee Up: $80 (4:5)
Full Body: $100 (9:16 or 4:5)
Colored sketch: $20
Background Add-ons:
- Standard background: +10% of base price
- Full-body with landscape background (16:9): +50%
- 4:5 standalone background: $60
- 16:9 standalone background: $100
Flu’s services:
Sketch: $10
selvia’s services:
Color adjustments: $5

What We Will Draw
- Guns and weapons (please specify the exact model/type if needed)
- Motor vehicles (cars, bikes, boats, etc.) - additional cost for complex designs
- Gore and blood
- Animals
- Couples and multiple characters
- Original characters (OCs)
- Children
- Character sheets
- Nail designs on a character
- Simple mythical creaturesWhat We Will Not Draw
- Furries (unless previously negotiated) - personal use only
- NSFW (unless previously negotiated) - personal use only
- Fanart
- Ship art
- Extremely intricate designs (e.g., chainmail)
- Real-life people (unless previously negotiated)
- Stream assets

Credit and Usage
Credit both selvia and Flu whenever the artwork is posted or used.
For commercial use that generates revenue, the base price will be doubled (2).
You may not modify the artwork, including for music videos, animations, or any other purposes, without explicit permission from selvia.
You may not use our artwork in any AI-generated content, NFT projects, or for training AI models. Submission of AI-generated or plagiarized material as references is strictly prohibited.
Ownership and Copyright
We retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artworks.
Please discuss intended usage with us in advance to avoid any issues.
You agree that we may post the completed artwork unless a delay or NDA is explicitly requested. NDA requests will incur an additional 10% fee.

Payment Process
Payment accepted via Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
Once your commission request is accepted, Flu will send the initial sketch. At that stage, 50% of the total price is due.
selvia will then complete the final artwork.
The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of the piece.
Payment is due upfront for sketches and color adjustments.
Revision Policy
You may request up to three (3) revisions during the process. Further revisions may incur an additional fee.

Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued unless we are unable to complete the commission.
In cases where we must cancel or cannot complete the artwork within the agreed timeframe (typically 1-2 weeks), a partial refund of up to 50% of the full price will be offered, along with any work completed.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason, including content we are uncomfortable with or unable to execute.

Violation of Terms
Breaking any of these terms may result in:
- A 100% fine of the commission price
- Permanent blacklisting from commissioning us in the future
